Support with meltdowns, anxiety, routines, and everyday challenges

Parent coaching for neurodivergent families

Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and at times, very lonely. You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

When we work together, things don’t suddenly become perfect, but they can begin to feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable. This isn’t about fixing your child; it’s about understanding them, and supporting them in ways that truly work.

A different approach to parenting support

This is not a one-size-fits-all parenting approach.

Together, we focus on what is really going on beneath the surface, so you can respond in ways that are calmer, clearer, and more effective in real life.

From there, things begin to feel more manageable, gently and practically.

Support often includes

  • Understanding your child’s behaviour, needs, and emotions
  • Navigating meltdowns with more clarity and confidence
  • Reducing stress and anxiety at home (and around school)
  • Creating calmer daily rhythms, including transitions and bedtime
  • Understanding and supporting sensory needs
  • Helping your child feel safer, more regulated, and more understood
  • Building your confidence in co-regulating and supporting your child
Why this work matters to me

Lived experience alongside professional training

I’m a mum to two neurodivergent sons, and I understand the reality of living this day to day: the emotional weight, the advocacy, the decisions that don’t always fit the expected path.

I also know how powerful it is when things begin to make sense, and when you start to feel more confident in your own instincts. That’s what this work is here to support.

What to expect from coaching

Supportive, collaborative, realistic

Each session offers a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly, without judgement or pressure.

There is no “perfect” way to parent, only what works for you and your child.

A typical session

  1. Starting with what feels most important to you.
  2. Exploring what’s underneath the challenges you’re facing.
  3. Gently reframing what’s happening for your child.
  4. Identifying practical, realistic ways forward.
  5. Leaving with more clarity, confidence, and direction.

What coaching is (and isn’t)

Coaching is a supportive, reflective, and practical space centred on you and your family. It’s collaborative and non-judgemental, grounded in real life, and focused on understanding and moving forward.

It is not therapy or medical advice, and it is not a place where you are told what to do. Instead, I work alongside you so you can trust your understanding of your child and your decisions.

You are the expert on your child. Coaching helps you trust that.
